A promise,
kept at the table.
In our imagined story, Émile first met Rose beside the manor’s climbing roses in 1926. He was a young cook; she kept a notebook filled with gardens, poetry, and places she dreamed of seeing.
His promise was simple: one day, they would open a house where every guest felt as welcome as someone they loved. Maison Églantine is our tribute to that idea.
“A beautiful evening begins with the way you make someone feel.”
The house and its history are fictional, created for this restaurant website concept.
